After taking one previous dose of 50mg in two 25mg oral doses and finding the anticipated side affects very easy to manage I decided to try 50mg of orange freebase converted to salt plugged. I have hundreds of acid and mushroom trips behind me and so consider myself comfotable with the psychedelic experience. Contrary to everything I have read I began feeling the first effects within 10 mins building considerably over the next 15 mins until I got a strong urge to be sick which I did. The effects continued to build and the nausea increased which involved another trip to the toilet at 30 mins.
This seemed to mark the end of the come up and the trip proper started. The experience itself was similar to the first occaision with a very MDMA like roll with a mild acid like visual experience. The duration was a rather lengthy 15 hours which was a little bit too long for me and I smoked weed to bring me down.
I would have to say that AMT is a great drug for maybe a festival but I found it to be too much of a comitment for regualar use and would much prefer a mescalin or LSD trip. I will definately use again but will keep it stored in the freezer for a more suitable occaision. The speed and strength of the come up on this large dose was really a surprise and maybe the ROA had something to do with this.
