I seen to have a highish tolerance to aMT (which may well be a result of taking it too frequently than would probably be recommended by any sane psychonaut.) My chosen ROA is up the bum, and here's a rough list of doses I've taken and the effects they've had, if it's any help:
10-20mg - gives a really nice, anti-depressant, anti-anxiolytic feel. Good for use during the day (or evening) when I'm feeling a bit meh and need a bit of a lift, without actually buzzing from it
20-40mg - gives a distinct 'up' feeling, a little like 100mg of MDMA would give me, but longer-lasting. Helps me focus on writing and worky-type stuff
40-80mg - even nicer recreational dose, and towards the top end can occasionally hit me with a bit of a 'Whooo! Sit down before you fall down!' feeling
80-100mg - very lovely, and at 100mg (which is the highest I've gone in a single dose) I had my first (very mild) psychedelic experience, at a festival a couple of months ago, lying on the ground and watching the clouds go all fractal and kaleidoscopic
above that, I've yet to venture, but I'd want to be somewhere comfortable and safe, with a friend or two to keep an eye on me. I've found that lecithin/Piracetam potentiates it nicely. I normally pre-load with a couple of high-strength vitamin C tablets and a multivitamin, and usually drink a fair amount of fruit juice whilst I'm rolling. Towards the back end, spliffs and wine/cider help me slide into a lovely, cuddly sleepy state.
I've no idea what your tolerance and previous experiences are, but - based on my own responses so far - 150mg would be a belter of a dose. But that's just me!
