What is more potent?

I hear aMT freebase is by 20%.. is that correct?

Yes, that's correct. Also, there's been a lot of speculation that the HCl going around these days is pretty weak, perhaps cut down a bit. But that's not proven. But if they're both pure, the freebase is around 20% more potent by weight than the HCl.
