i took 50 mg's aMT at 2:50 pm central time and vaped some at around 10 or 10 30 and i've got a headache from the teeth grinding so would it be safe to take some motrin?

It's 100% fine. I've done it plenty of times. You might need to take more than you would for a usual headache. Ibuprofen is quite safe to take occasionally though. I usually take 800mg (4 pills) for a drug headache, and AMT causes some of the nastiest drug headaches when it wants to.
