12-24 hours before normal unaided sleep at your normal bedtime is possible if it is good speed. the quietapine can put you to sleep while you are still speeding and then you are still speedy when you wake up. Do you have any benzos? If you’ve had 10 hours sleep already you don’t have much to worry about - nothing is going to get worse.

I’d have a long hot shower or bath, and do something very chilling while you wait until your next normal bed time when you’ll probably be fine.
