So I'm planning on taking a 40mg Vyvanse a little before intercourse but it can make it harder to keep it up down there. I have Clonidine HCL .1mg and it causes vasodilation and lowers blood pressure if I'm correct. Would this likely be affective at helping the impotency issues? I've never taken Clonidine before btw. If anyone has tried the combo or something similar, tell me if it helped!

While on the subject, would D-Amphetamine and a low amount of alcohol (1-2 shots of liquor) help with the vasoconstriction, particularly down there?

Yeah, one drink and a hit of pot usually do the trick pretty well. Also getting kinda pumped up physically helps a lot, like doing some cardio before dosing will help more than anything.

You could also lower your dose a little to lessen some of the vasoconstriction. I don't think clonodine is a good idea.

Taking clonidine before sex sounds like a terrible idea. Nothing like being unable to stay awake, getting dizzy if you - er -perform too quickly, etc.
