Amphetamines + Sex = Hyperthermia

I need help solving a puzzle if anyone with advanced knowledge is up for the challange.

The question is: What hormone in the brain is responsible for causing my temperature to rise rapidly when I combine amphetamines with sex?

Is there a drug that can block, supress the hormone responsible or counteract this effect?

My body works differently than most people here because Ive been diagnosed as having a damaged autonomic nervous system (Dysautonomia).

I take Ritalin everyday for ADHD and i have a tolerance towards it.Usually Ritalin by itself lowers my body temperature and makes me feel cold.

BUT if I partake in sex while on Ritalin or other stimulants, within minutes my body temperature rapidly rises.

Here are some clues to help solve this puzzle:

1st clue - Its not the physical workout from sex thats causing hyperthermia, even if i dont move the rest of my body its the sexual stimulation causing the temperature rise. And it occurs within minutes of starting sex. So this means it has to with release of certain hormones.

2nd clue - Everytime I overheat severely, I stop sexual activity tight away and measure my tempetature to find iy has increased above 38 C (100.4 F). But after 10 minute rest it drops down by an entire degree to 37 C. So this tells me the temperature rise is not due neurotoxicty. If i go back to having sex after my temperature has dropped to a normal level, it only takes minutes for it to go back up to 38 c.

3rd clue - Because the hyperthermia only occurs when sex and amphetamines are combined, this tells me the culprit is a shared hormone that is released both during sex and from stimulant use. Or it could also be seperate hormones when combined cause a hyperthermic response. But whatever it is it takes around 10 minutes to dissapate and lower my temp back to normal.

So what can it be? Its ruining my life and I would appreciate if anyone can try and solve this puzzle.

Amphetamines increase core body temperature. The feeling of cold when not moving is from vasoconstriction in your extremities and the surface of your skin. You are still be physically stimulated/aroused (in the non-sexual sense) from sexual activity ie: increased in heart rate and blood pressure. It is still equivalent to exercise even when you aren't moving the rest of your body (just moving your cock? Wtf... Or is she riding you?). The disorder you have probably amplifies everything.

Assuming you are male, the only relevant hormone would be vasopressin (it has multiple effects) but I'm not 100% on whether amphetamines increase it.

dont work out on amps than have sex, i feel it drains all ur energy, learn to massage your balls and under it, in between ur ass and nuts. twist ur nipples or have ur girl lick it..the nipples get me hard as a rock...sex is fucking amazing on amps

I believe you have succesfully explained the cold feeling due to vasoconstriction.

But, I take betablockers and clonidine during sex so my heart rate and blood pressure doesnt change. And yes I lay back in a resting position to avoid exertion, because its bad enough having to deal with increased temperature without adding movement to it.

I used to get overheated just from feeling aroused when i first developed this neurological illness, but that problem fixed itself over the 15 years.

opiatekrzy, thanks for the tip mate.

when i get aroused to the point of extreme ecstacy i someties get lightheaded dizzy, tingly, but i believe dehydration has alot to do with it as we tend to avoid food and water..
