amphetamines+opiates+nicotine OK?

I was going to take

15 mg dextroamphetamine IR

1 mg buprenorphine

7 mg nicotine patch


Would this work out ok?

Yes that is fine. I do that combo everyday except I smoke cigarettes, not the patch.

Nice combo but combining buprenorphine with dextroamphetamine is a little different than combining it with a full mu agonist

how much worse it with a partial? like as a percentage 50% reduction?

I wouldn't be able to say through a % all I know is that I'd get higher combining with a full agonist than with a partial. That may just me. Since I have taken both daily for so long maybe I just don't notice the difference as much and its been years since I've taken a full agonist because I'm on Suboxone maintenance. Some people say its just as good, others say different.
