I'v been noticing while taking Adderall, eating mainly protein before dosing so muscle wont break down & working out a bit has been getting me even more ripped much quicker than sticking to my regular workout routine lol. I know this isnt probably the most safest way of gettin leaned out but its incredible how fast it happens. My mass is still there but the 6 pack is lookin more nasty now. I know no one should keep this kind of thing up, I wont but its fun to see how quick things change . Is it the effects of amphetamiens on the heart to beat faster therfore burning more calories faster, mixed with the appetite loss to create rapid weight loss ? None of the muscle is going away tho due to me eating small meals throughout the day and adding in low intensity muscle-specific wourkouts has been adding intense ripped-ness. Does anybody else experience this ?
