I'm a pretty decent user of Adderall. Usually go on binges about one week out of the month where i take it every day, about 60 or so mgs throught the day. I'm interested in trying meth, so what's the difference between maybe a pop of 40 mgs of adderall and a pop of (don't know how it's measured) of meth?

I'd say if you normally take 40 mgs Adderall (and you have a tolerance), you'd want to start out with ~30 mg methamphetamine (this is presuming you have PURE stuff). Meth is more potent than amphetamine and more euphoric. Just start with +/- 30 mg and work up from there if you need more.
Meth usually comes in 20 bags (.1 g = 100 mg), so called because they usually cost $20/bag, or else 1/4 grams (.25 g = 250 mg), or else half grams, or grams, or 8 balls (1/8 oz = 3.5 grams).

Prices on meth vary greatly. It depends on the type of people you get it from. How many middle-men you go through. The region in which you reside, so on so forth. The cheapest retail you will find Meth going for is $40 = 1/2 gram, and if you're lucky $60 = for 1.75 g. Try and get "glass" because it is much worth the effort.
In My humble opinion . . . Adderall isn't that great of a recreational experience at all. Meth is way more euphoric. But I don't even consider meth euphoria to be that great for the nasty comedown you endure if you have no benzos.
