Amphetamine Tolerance Buildup

So my question is how fast does amphetamine tolerance buildup? For me to be able to get the full effects everytime from snorting 10mg of adderall IR, how long should I wait between times? 2 days? Longer?

I find amphetamine tolerance to double everyday from the previous dose and eventually will stabilize if it's used daily as prescribed.

Ok so I snorted like 3 mg 6 nights ago, 5 mg 2 nights ago, 10 mg this morning, so when will my tolerance go completely away? Or do I even have one?

I think, with such low doses, tolerance builds up a lot slower than with recreational doses.
Honestly, I think staying on 10mg daily for a year still has functional abilities.
But then again, tolerance can't really be predicted as it differs from person to person.
We can't know how fast it'll build up and decrease in your specific situation and honestly, with the spread speculations will come out here, it's not even really worth focussing on that.
Try focussing on what can reduce tolerance: Healthy living, enough levo-dopa, sports etc.

The tolerance buildup maybe negligible at that dose, but the comedown effects from taking it daily sure are cumulative - at least in my experience.

As long as you can, really. Amphetamine tolerance doesn't build that fast, but it stays. If you can get yourself to dose once a week or less, imo tolerance would hardly build.

About 3 weeks ago I took 20 mg adderall for the first time in my life. I had never taken any amphedamines ever. I took it and I was on first day of opiate w/d and it basically made everything go away associated with that except the stomach cramps. It was great I was very energized and able to go to work no probelm. I got euphoric effects as fell from it and basically all of this lasted at peak for about 10 hours and I could still feel it at night. The second time I took anything I took a vyvance one morning about a week later (50 mg) and I got no such near effects, I was energized and focused but no euphoria but it still did what I needed it to do. Then I took another one at about 3 pm that day and I had taken the first about 8, it just keep be going. I was on my feet all day and running back and forth and had to drive 4 hours that day so it sure helped but nothing like the first dose of adderall I took. Then over the last few weeks to try and overcome the opiate w/d I have been going through I have been taking concerta 54mg every few days when I feel really. I have probably only taken 12 pills total of adderall, concerta, or vyvance and I feel like they don't even work anymore. That was very quick and not even with daily useage. Sucks because I thought I finally had a cure for my opiate w/d.
