amphetamine is killing the coke!

I have learned how to do the A/B extraction of converting a snortable cocaine hcl into a freebase and back again into an hcl.

I have also learned that during that process that when the acid is added to the freebase/acetone solution, that methamphetamine crystals will fall first, followed by cocaine crystals and finally amphetamine crystals.

I have testing kits to test for all of the above. Well, after all of my time, money and research, I have learned that amphetamine is the cause for bad cocaine. I originally thought it was ephedrine, but have since ruled it out.

I have just taken 5 seperate samples of cocaine freebase/acetone and added one drop each to the mix. After each drop, I waited for the crystals to finish forming and would then filter.

I repeated this process 5 diferent times (the only amount of acid I could add to one gram of freebase before it quit crystallizing).

The first two batches tested negative for amphetamine while still testing positive for cociane. The third thru fifth tested positive for both amphetamine or speed and cocaine.

In other words, if you want "real" cocaine, you'll have to do an A/B extraction and seperate your acid into seperate piles.

This is sad, but true. The reason todays coke is so ampy is due to speed.

I have really good coke right now, but it's only about 30% of the total of what I actually bought. The rest is speed. You can get the speed out, but it will take a little knowledge and patience. But believe me, the end result is well worth it!

while your post is interesting, there's no way you can make this statement and be confident it applies across the entire market. as such, it's surely of questionable value.

^^^I'll give you a real easy way to check for speed.

If you have an EZ Test for ecstacy, use the very first test. Take a small sample of your cocaine and put a drop of the EZ Test on it. If it fizzes, then turns orange/brown, you've got your answer......speed!

Talk all you want about whatever your interests are. Theirs nothing wrong with being a highly contributitive member to this forum, as long as your disucssions don't reiterate themselves over and over and vary.

bluelight's first priority is harm-reduction and a big pillar of that is accurate information so blanket generalisations should be, in my opinion, discouraged.

Oh and, for the hcl what did you use? Part of the reason you are getting only 30% is because the acid is water based, 70% water if lab grade. unless your using gas. Some of the c.hcl will dissolve back into the water ASAP, adn you said that meth falls first, then coke, then Amp? So your are getting three precipitates?
 
What kit are you getting a salmon/red reaction with? Because if it's Marquis, that's not amphetamine, it's an opiate reaction.

btw, though it was delayed, the new DEA bulletin (well, August, they have been slow to put up new ones) shows three new types of cocaine adulterants PRE-entrance into the States.

None of the adulterants are good, either. Fucking A.

Are you saying that you need to go through this A/B instead of your other purification step you wrote about before?

What are the pros/cons?

I don't like to do lots of coke (used to be hard-core addicted) but when I visited Costa Rica their coke their was THE SHIT!

I go to Jaco, Costa Rica all the time. And yes, the cocaine is still cocaine there.

Just the EZ Test. I ordered the EZ Test Extreme and got all three tests. The EZ Test clearly states that a color change to orange/brown indicates the presence of a speed like substance.

And it went to orange/brown immediately. Fizzed, then went to more of a brown than orange.
