Amphetamine interaction with Tramadol?

I took ~70mg of Vyvanse today. Considering taking ~150mg of Tramadol.

I know the risk of seizures via Tramadol is very real. I don't know what causes the seizures, would the Vyvanse interact in any way and increase the risk?

Amphetamines do increase the risk of seizures, yes, as they lower the seizure threshold. 150mg tramadol isn't a big dose, but people have seized on low doses before so I would be very hesitant to say that it would definitely be safe to combine them. Maybe save the tramadol for another day?

Also, since both of those work on noripinephrine to a degree, it might lead to an uncomfortable, edgy feeling...
