Are there any noticeable side effects of eating it a handful of times? Shell is wondering because they are having stomach cramps and pain. Paranoid maybe, not sure.

This is a bit of a BUMP thread - no real noticeable side effect from taking it a couple of times. Lack of sleep, tidy house etc. If your having stomach cramps your probably not eating - eat something, I know the thought of eating on speed. Have a yogurt, have a banana.
