Stimulants Amphetamine Compared to Methylphenidate

I know I'll get some UTFSE comments, but i've been unable to find answers to these questions that seemed reliable enough.

Questions:

1. If i have a pretty noticeable tolerance to methylphenidate-based stimulants (d-mph, to be exact; I am only assuming that all methylphenidate-based stimulants have cross-tolerance), will i have a tolerance to Amphetamine-based stimulants (specifically, Adderall)? Why or Why not (if you have an experience-based answer, i'll take that without reasoning gratefully lol)?

1b. If d-mph "tolerance" has gotten to the point where the often-referred- to-as-"lovely" feeling is kind of gone, will this be the same for Amp (again, spec. Adderall)?

2. How do the two types differ as far as the peak feeling (does either have more: motivation, euphoria, empathy)? Or, do they just vary from user to user?

3. How do dosages compare for d-mph and Adderall? Instant release for both, of course. Example: At zero tolerance for both, what dosage of Adderall would 20mg d-mph compare to?

All non-flaming feedback earns you a little bit of love from my corner of the world <3

Not to flame, this is a good question, but you have to make sure you understand the difference between mixed amphetamine salts (Adderall, and all its lovely and not-so-lovely generics) and straight dextroamphetamine, a.k.a. Dexedrine.

I would say d-MPH is 50% to 66% as potent (this is going from personal experience only!) as mixed amphetamine salts....but, as I've said before...

Nix the ritalin/focalin/ritterall/adderall/whatever

Get the dexedrine. =D

Edit:

I hope some more people will chime in, but MPH and amphet dosages seem to widely vary from person to person, I know of people for whom 20mg ritalin does the same thing as 20mg adderall.

I wonder if there is a dose conversion table somewhere online, comparable to an opiate dose conversion table in its extensiveness.
