Amphetamine comedown

To make the long story short, i went on a small Adderall "binge" of 30mgs per day for 5 days to study for an exam. Mainly took them throughtout the night to study for longer hours. I had only taken 20mgs of it once before. Last dose of it was two days ago and i feel incredibly tired, depressed amd anxious. I dont know if this is just the comedown or if im really going crazy this time. I was incredibly anxious and paranoid today... Im sorry if this sounds incredibly dumb but maybe i just need some reassurance that this is normal and it'll pass. 8(<3
 
Take a benzodiazepine/non-benzodiazepine/theinodiazepine (Xanax, Ativan, Clonazepam, Temazepam, Etizolam, etc). Comedown gone. Don't make this a habit. If you have none of those, drink a beer.

It can be very hard to sleep on a comedown, which is why I suggested alternate routes. Even things like Valerian Root and Diphenhydramine/Doxylamine can help but considering OPs post I doubt they're going to get any sleep without an alternative substance.
 
Taking even low doses of diphenhydramine on speed comedowns made me trip unexpectedly but pretty intense. This was around 150mg. Be careful which that combo.
 
I've dealt with those comedowns a lot:
Best ways to avoid it:
Sleep well before taking
Take orally, no any other way
Lower your dose to where u don't feel a dopamine buzz, but you're still focused
eat well before taking
RECOMMEND drinking a large glass of milk before taking . I've found it very helpful
 
thanks for the replies! Three days later I felt much better. I guess I underestimated the doses I was taking and I didn't realize it would lead to such a hard comedown... :/
 
it only gets worse from here. You know when it's hard comedown when Lucifer sucks your soul out through your eye sockets and even breathing saps all energy. Amp comedowns are one fucking brutal beast. Do an 11 day run and you'll know what I mean
 
The best thing is a benzo mixed with a opiate and sniff them together and u will feel much much better,if u been on a binge and need sleep take a small dose so serequel and a benzo and smoke a little pot,I noticed sniffing anywhere from one to two mg,of zanax will help a lot

Dont snort your benzo or opiate. Most opiates are best taken orally and snorting xanax i dont get. Benzos are almost instantly working orally
 
Get some exercise, drink some tea, eat, watch a shitty film, try and relax and sleep it off.

If you wanna go down the benzo route only take one tablet and do not mix with opiates.
