Ok, so amphetamine is part of my essential raving toolkit. I simply do not have the stamina to get through an entire party without it. The problem is increasing negative side effects anxiety mainly but also stronger muscle tension. I've started taking heroin in combination with speed to negate the side effects but that's simply not sustainable. I've also used diazepam but that's a bit hit and miss and besides I can't keep my house stocked with benzos as I'll eat them.

What are some other stimulants with similar effects that are rave compatible? I don't take drugs that have a strong focus on serotonin so MDMA is off the menu. I've been thinking maybe some of the fluoroamphetamines might be less anxiety inducing for me? I dunno. Any suggestions would be good!

Camfetamine, ethylphenidate, pentedrone are pretty much the best legal alts (pent is still legal in certain European countries). IF you take them with low expecations they can give you a little bit of what you're after. If you're expecting them to feel as good as the best speed does, you're gonna be very disappointed.

AFAIK these stims all work on dopamine rather than serotonin.

4FA is a strong serotonin releaser / SSRI so you may want to avoid that one if you dont want a strong focus on that.
 
I don't really require the same level buzz speed provides, but something that perks me up and allows me to stay awake.

There's so many different FAs and FMAs, It would be interesting to hear from someone who has tried all of them which one they prefered.

I liked 4FA, but as I'm on an SSRI there was a bad interaction due to taking too much IME. I didn't have the same problems with 3-FA but i cant remember much about it other than I haven't re-ordered, so it cant have been that good.

I said 'In before close' because 'what should i take' type threads aren't allowed on BL and will be closed when a mod sees it.

im interested in the camfet but have found it difficult to find the basic info [ dose / duration and best r.o.a ]
 
I've been here before recently, lol, there's currently no EADD or site-wide rule against such threads (I've just checked). Although I can see why some might want one.
 
i know amt works on serontonin but i find 7-10mg to be a great dose for clubbing , very speedy effect...
 
Probably an expensive and/or obvious suggestion, but have you tried dexedrine rather than street speed?

And Bare_head - ta for that! Am fond of dabbling with low doses so will be trying that. :)
 
Am surprised you feel 7-10mg at all really. That's anti-depressant dosing rather than recreational levels. I just feel mildly spacey at most when I've dosed at 10mg or so (which I did ferra while for the excellent antidepressant effect). Good luck to ya if you can get speedy effects off of 10mg though - that's insanely good value for money 8o

Agreed 2fma is a smooth subtle stimulation with anxiolytic properties. Kind of reminiscent of a long acting low dose cocaine supplement in a way.
I would not push doses too high as I feel they could be uncomfortable.
I would class it as a functional stim, but then again so is amphetamine. With some GBL or alcohol if that's your thing I'm sure it could be euphoric enough for clubbing.

Shit burns to snort I stuck with oral for the most part but when I fancied a little bit of a kick I'd plug a dose.
