As the title and username say really - need some advice 
It's not really my scene tbh and I've always steered clear if it to an extent. About my only venture into non-prescription was a bit of weed from time to time!
Basically looking for a 'study aid' of sorts - have a lot of work on at the moment and am having to pull 20 hour days at least four days a week. Can manage it naturally for about a week but by the second week I'm resorting to redbull and proplus. Typically by the end of the the second week I'm getting jitters from too much caffeine and my mind is nowhere near focused enough with the result being very little effective work getting done and becoming increasingly demotivated because of it. Realistically I've got this work load level for another couple of months so I'm looking for a way to get through it! Motivation isn't an issue if I'm productive and I've just found out I have a readily available source of "good quality speed" from someone I know.
I'm assuming I'm wanting something more along the lines of a "therapeutic" dose since I don't really want to be buzzing or trying to chew my face off at work and I don't want to end up needing rehab six months down the line so IF speed is a suitable option, what sort of doses should I consider and what's the most suitable method to take it please?
Oh, I'm in the uk near a major city, the stuff I've been offered <moderator edit> smells god awful if that makes a difference?! *shrug*
