Stimulants amphetamine (4fa) any interaction with antihistamine

Earlier today i took 40mg promethazine (about 6 hours ago), its half life is 8 hours i think, will it be ok to have a small amount of 4fa over the night tonight, i read up that prometh is a very mild dopamine antagonist, but it was a long time ago will it be safe to try some 4fa now? Im wondering if it will even be still affecting dopamine 6 hours later.

tried a small amount, about 50-60mg, have some slight effects and dont feel bad, i assume its ok, im thinking a dopamine antagonist might just reduce the effects slightly.
