Amount of B. Caapi in Aya for A Single Dose?

How much B. Caapi should I use in my Aya for a dose for a single person? Everywhere else, I've read you're supposed to use 50 g, but it doesn't say whether it's fresh or dried. I have dried B. Caapi, and I was wondering how many grams I should use for a single dose.
