I'm currently taking L-Tryosine, L-Glutamine, Vitamin B50, Magnesium every morning, it's been a few weeks since I've started and it's definitely making a difference. Just wondering what others use or recommend? I've been benzo free for over a month and want to keep it that way.

I also have some L-Theanine and L-Tryptophan. Should I add these to my regimen or not.
