N-methylation of amt is said to lead to a reduction in potency.
4,5-MDAMT and N-methyl-4,5-MDAMT are chemically possible but I would say nevertheless very difficult to synthesize. The same precursor might be better spent making N,N-dimethyl-4,5-methylenedioxytryptamine.
4-substituted AMTs are quite possible chemically, but your guess is as good as mine when it comes to psychoactivity. The same is true for AMDIPT.
I liked AMT the times I tried it, but buyer beware, I heard of two other people who died from the same batch; they thought it was acid and ate 10 sugarcube hits.
