So, the only subtstace I can get right now, aside from nutmeg lol, is my prescribed 10 mg Ambien. 10-20 gets me deep sleep and slightly grippy dreams. 30-40 was walking in my sleep and a sort weed brownie trip. I haven't and the patience to cheek 5 days worth. Also, I'm taking them with a muscle relaxer, twice a day.
 
And? Do you have a question?
Otherwise I'd post in DC, there's threads where you can post your nightly fix.
 
Oops, sorry, I'm new. Can you move it the appropriate place, or should I just cut and paste by myself?
 
I can move it to DC but the mods over there would have to move it to the thread.
