Ambien

I used to do Imovane at one point which is the same or if not it's very very similar in effects to Ambien. Imovane at 15mg would have you in deep trances and deep time distortion. You would also have mild to moderate visuals at this dose, best times were when looking at the carpet I would see complex patterns and then digital animation form on the carpet which developed into complex advanced towns and I could watch them build varuious buildings up (this effect occured to me many times while taking it in doses of 15-20mg and looking at the carpet). However all the times I took it was a week apart between doses and every time was very cool. It takes a while to get to like it but it can be very cool. Be careful how you use it.
 
Something happened to me with ambien the other night. I hadnt dropped any in a few weeks and decided to take 10 mgs (not a high dose for me) I was getting tired online and decided to cut the night short when someone called me. In order not to wake up my family, I went on the front porch to talk. I dont remember how the convo ended, because the next thing I know, Im waking up to the sun rise while sitting on a bench on the porch.

Im a person who needs exactly 2 pillows, flat and fluffy, lots of blankets, comfy clothes.... you get it. I dont sleep sitting upright on a bench normally. There was a pile of cigarette butts that I had created under myself that I dont remember smoking at all. I remember having unusally lucid thoughts about some currents situations of mine. Naturally I cant remember them.
 
Raoulduke (cool name) I have had experiences extremly similar to the one you metioned almost all the time from Ambien. It was really strange at first because it would happen randomly but if I took higher doses I could expect it. I would see al kinds of patterns and moving designs that would change into bigger things and shadox creatures spirling. Many cool things an Ambien psychosis can bring out (in which is listed as a rare side effect for both Ambien and Sonata)
 
My doctor gave me a script for ambien, and he had to talk to mu insurance company just to get them to cover it.. ( I have severe insomnia) and they gave me an approval for 6 months at a time...
The first time I took ambien, I didnt realize how quickly it kicks in ( I take 10 mgs) I was seeing shit, I could barley walk, er I walked like I was drunk, It was deffinitly some trippy shit.. and I found myself watching the rest of a movie, and chatting on AIM pointlessly.. but I couldnt shut up..
now, I DO take them as needed for insomnia, but I DO take them a few times a month to just fucking chill out and have fun.. I love the shit!
 
I just typed up an ambien story in responce to another post, so I won't repeat it, but damn, I love that drug. The thing I always remember about my ambien experiences is this overwhelming feeling of confusion. Maybe it's the stoner in me, but I get a kick from sitting there going "what the hell is going on?" Ambien trips are certainly very unique. I have also never felt so refreshed as I do waking up after a night partying that ended with an ambien and about 4 hours sleep.

I had the 5mg Ambeins. I took a bunch severals nites (probably 30mg), and thought people were walking into my room talking to me. Ive never had memory loss from them but i can see how they are addictive. I did them everyday i had them.
 
i think what i'm gonna say has been said in one form or the other. but i took about 250 pills os ambien in my lifetime. it was spread out though.

these things will definately happen:
1) you will NOT remember what happened before you fall asleep. i remember waking up the next morning wondering if i took a bus, a cab, a train to get home...who really knows. i don't remember locking the door or anything...but i got home which brings me to my next point

2) it is like you know what to do...and u don't have to think about it...everyhting just flows. you could walk to the store, buy something, go back home and not think nearly once. kinda like your sleepwalking...and then u might not remember what store u went to, or if you even did go to the store.

3) DEFINATELY DON"T DRIVE! U WILL DRIVE INTO A POLL! AND PROBABLY WITH YOUR EYES WIDE OPEN!!!! LOL

4) if your not using them to sleep and decide to stay awake, make sure u don't have something to do. IT MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE TO DO IT! especially analytical stuff...you could FORGET about it!!!!!

5) after a while u get sick of them because u don't want t obe sleepwalking all the time.
 
Correct me if Im wrong but ambian is a like instant sleepin pill prescribed? I had this one lady tell me about it and she said her doctors told her not even to take this in the bathtub or anything because in 15 minutes you will just fall over asleep helplessly. Maybe it was something else though....
 
that's not true! sure if you take enough of anything..u may fall asleep in the tub. if u drink enough....u could even drown.

but i've never taken more than 2. 2 of them just puts me in the zone. many times though, if you curl up on your bed for a sec and get comfortable...u CAN doze off...

but if your in a tub...i think you'll won't be so willing to just 'doze off'
 
I took 35mg of ambien and smoked around 3 grams of weed and got so fucked up I started running around my house at like four in the morning and screaming. My parents called an ambulance because they didn't know what the fuck was going on and I ended up spending the night in the hospital. I had also smoked dust the night before and still felt sortof fucked up before I took the ambien so that might have had something to do with it.
 
My boyfriend and I used to snort Ambien all the time.(snorting it is an easier way to trip because you don't get the sleepiness affect as much, although it burns like a motherfucker.) One night we snorted it in my room and didn't feel anything at all. Then I went downstairs(where all the lights are off) to get a bottle of water and everything came alive. It seemed as though everything was living and breathing..and, weirdest of all, dancing. I got my water and made my way up the stairs, excited to show my boyfriend. I turned off the lights in my room and we started tripping. My fan was on and it was growing and bending until it look like a big black octopus. I held my boyfriend's face and it just melted in my hands. He put some music on and the whole room was moving to it. When he was walking around, I realized I was seeing tracers behind him. He started dancing around and I was just sitting there in awe of the tracers. It was a really fun trip. I didn't feel anxious or paranoid at any time of the trip. The only thing about Ambien is that if you do it too much, it will fuck up your brain chemistry. My boyfriend was addicted to it for a few months, snorting up to 100mg in a day. It got really bad and almost ended our relationship. So for those of you who are experimenting with Ambien, let it just be that. It is highly addictive and synthetic..which means lots of bad side affects, both physical and mental. Just be careful and know what you're doing.

hey dm3,
just wanted to say...i don't think it was the ambien. especially if you took 35mg of it. It's pretty much designed to knock you the fuck out. and i've never heard anyone freaking out on Ambien...they even advertise it on the television and u could get free trials and stuff.

it IS pretty much a sedative

maybe i should start sniffing this stuff...sounds like you had a blast!!! don't worry though...i can't get hooked on anything besides pot, and i've treid...lol!!!!!! :D
 
oh and if you don't mind posting...how does it fuck up your brain chemistry? i was takin it for a little while to get to sleep although i never really used em for sleep....

but after a while i got really sick of them....cuz it feels like your living under a 'heavy blanket' if you abuse them.....
 
sources and generic ambien

does this forum allow posting of sources? i buy ambiem just to sleep, but i mail order it generic zoldipem from outside US and pay about .50 per 10mg pill. never even considered it recreational.
 
No sources allowed. I've had some crazy effects from ambien. I tried snorting them once, but I couldn't take the burn. I don't like them anymore becuse the comedown makes me feel so shitty. They don't make me sleepy at all, actually they give me a rush of energy at the start. Weird...but I can still use them to get to sleep if I take one and just lay in bed...

No, no. I have heard MANY stories about people who decides to stay awake after taking ambien - if you fight sleepiness and stay awake, you can experience pretty weird sideeffects. I have never experienced hallucination, but distorted wiev, but a friend of mine have had hallucinations on it. Unfortenatly all doses over 20 mg surley causes mindloss
 
It would be fun to combine ambien with ampehamine! The ampehatmine keep you awake - the ambien fucks up your mind..

i never tripped on it really. i mean, how can u really??? your view is pretty much distorted because your vision gets blurry and u feel sedated. so it may appear like your hallucinating....

i never hallucinated on it though :\
