Ambien doasage
Hi everyone, I've been using blue light for harm reduction since about age 14 and I've finally decided to join. To preface, I have a major benzo tolerance (can handle 6 mg of xanax with no repercussions) and I've recently started taking ambien for both sleep and recreation. I heard z type drugs were cross tolerant with benzos and had my doubts, but I took 10 mg of ambien two nights ago and within forty minutes I'd gotten better sleep than with 200 mg of seroquel. I decided to take 10 mg last night for recreation this time, but I felt absolutely nothing. I waited three hours and I felt nothing. So I'm wondering what I should do tonight in order to feel an ambien high. I was thinking about just crushing 10 mg and railing them to see if that helped but I'd like some input before wasting anymore ambien. Side note: ive had about 4 beers and 3 mixed drinks from 12:00 pm through 5:00 pm and want to take the ambien around midnight. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
