Ambien or Temazepam before bed

undecided,i have to be uo in 4 hours,what do fellow bluelighters thunjk>

i have no tolerance to ambien yet hugh tolerance to temazepam.

Try the Ambien. I just got 2, I'm gonna try them tonight for the first time with you.

well if you have to be up in 4 hours, I'd go w/ temazepam. If you took multiple ambien and then wanted to be awake in 4 hours, you'd feel like shit at first, super groggy, disoriented, etc.

if you have a full 8 hours to sleep... take both!

I prefer temazepam. I can lay back laugh at some cartoons and drift into anxiety free blissful sleep. Ambien won't put me down..

If ambien works for you I reccomend it, if not go with the temazepam. However if you have scripts for both, or even have both.. Save the Temazepam for recreation if you're into it.. I have some I keep around for a rainy day.
