Does anyone know if Ambien increases dopamine, serotonin, or norepinephrine levels in the brain?

Zolpidem binds with high affinity and acts as a full agonist at the α1 containing GABAA receptors, about 10-fold lower affinity for those containing the α2 - and α3 - GABAA receptor subunits, and with no appreciable affinity for α5 subunit containing receptors.

it has a benzo like action, but for some reason it has some weird, trippy effects as well. i don't think it increases dopamine, serotonin, or norepherine. most drugs that do that are uppers(dopamine/norepherine), and ambiens a downer like benzos and lunesta.
