I had never done any sort of sleeping pills prior to this, so when I was told by my friend J that he had acquired some, I was thrilled.

Me, my friend J, and another of our friends were all at J's house. J had told me that only one 10mg pill made him trip out, though I wished to take more. So my other friend and I took one 10mg pill orally and snorted a half. This friend also happed to have some Valium with him (it was the yellowish orange one) so we split one in half and snorted our half. It took about maybe 20 minutes for the effect to kick in. I remember not being able to stand to well, and also my speech was slurred. However, I was still consciouses of my actions.

We were all bored at the house so we had J's brother drive us around. The music that we were listening to in the car seemed so intense, it was like pounding in my ears. Though i still loved it, it was as if all my emotions were being stored up for later. I vaguely remember talking about how I felt completely drunk though my head was not spinning too greatly. Upon looking at my cell phone I noticed that there were two of them. The colors were really vivid, though not like that of one on shrooms. I read the clock: it had been about 25 minutes since we had all taken the Ambien. From that point on I have no idea what happened. Though I was told that at some points I was as happy as could be, while at others I was all ego. I also remember crying, it seemed very fake though, though at the same point i was sad. I was able to recognize people and relate to them as if I was completely conscience.

At one point when we all went back to J's house and I had an urge to call one of my lady friends. I'm not sure of what we talked about but this is the real trippy part: I remember laying on a couch talking on the phone, but the next instant I was in the bathroom standing in front of the sink. There were a thousand voices going through my head as if there was a party in the next room, even though hit was only the three of us. Then the sink talked to me and told me that the people were robbing the house, and that I must call the police or stop them myself. After that I don't know what happened, though I did wake up on the couch feeling somewhat sore.

I read interesting reports about Ambien, it's looks really strange and dreamy. I would like to know if you enjoyed the trip? Or did it felt too delirious, weird? I wonder if it was a good idea to mix with valium, it probably just had you more sedated for nothing, possibly why you don't remember everything.

I don't mean to be a dick but there is zero point in snorting benzos (the valium).

Otherwise, sounds like it was a good first time experience. Try upping your ambien dose a little bit for next time but remember it's a fine line between tripping hard and not being able to remember a thing with this drug.

Ambien feels like a benzo crossed with a tropane like diphenhydramine for the 1st 1 1/2 hours, then just like a benzo. I dont find it to be that good of a sleep aid.
Regulater, that line is at about 18 mg for me. More than that, i start to lose hours.

^I agree with Egor more or less - Ambien puts you in a delirious state like how deliriants would due, though I've never experienced deliriants first hand.

What do you mean by it seemed fake, would you mind clarifying?
I've ended up crying on Ambien a few times because of a bad trip...usually something ridiculous like failing to reach through the computer screen to pull out one of my friends (was on AIM), or believing the enemy had captured me and I was at POW camp (thought I was at war) 8)

Overall seems like you had a fairly good trip, even though there was some rough waters at the end - thanks for sharing.

With Ambien, I've noticed with myself and with reports that I read that the feeling of being in the middle of a party, hearing a bunch of people around you seems to be a common element with ambien. Wierd
