Well given that I'm not a porn type chap I cannot say have the insights that many seem to have here.

The above being said: at one stage I did in fact investigate the possibility of setting up one of those live streaming sites (sometimes desperate times call for desperate measures as the saying goes) so I did a bit of investigation (albeit that this was a long time ago). Those that live stream are SUPPOSEDLY vetted for age etc. etc etc. And I've watched interviews with one or two famous (infamous?) 'cam live stars" and this lot seem to make a fortune (be it single or with their partners or whatever). Essentially they're self employed and given that there is no physical contact involved (between them and a client) seems to me it's pretty benign. As to just how much they get ripped off by the owners of the various sites I don't know (although from what I gather this doesn't seem to be the case and it's a pretty fair setup).

I suppose the question is: does it have any impact on their psyche or whatever (and which from what I gather could form a part of the supposed "research" being done on this thread)?

But then I'm guessing: there will ALWAYS be somebody that crosses the line and takes the piss. In other words: I'm guessing that if one were to look hard enough you'd find these same types of "cam live" sites underground where anything goes. I suppose if you can watch a (supposed?) live killing on the Dark Web well anything is possible. I saw a documentary on this just the other day.
