^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ Read this First ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^

Ever since i have been doing exactly this, I am on a completely different level.

My first 5 times i did mdma, i had a great night i really did. But Now, Its even MORE of an effect even though im using the same material.

I put it all down to 3 things/ changes since my first 5 times:
- Dosing only ONCE no Redosing
- Eating all those delicious serotonin boosting foods and getting plenty of sunlight on the 3 days before (Up to a week before is even better! 7 days of serotonin nourishing foods), and the morning of the day im going to use mdma. (Dont baffle me with Science , "it doesnt go straight into serotonin blah blah blah,, I appreciate you know science sure, But i want you to be on the same level as me! i want people to feel what i feel!!! You Try my diet and you will see im onto something! This new mdma high is on a different level for me these days, its amazing... Its far better than "first time" I guarantee you) I feel extremely loved up when i do it now...
- Waiting at least 30 days between each time.

I really really really really REALLY would like some input, some experiences and feedbacks on this,
I ALWAYS have the absolute time of my life on mdma, i want someone else to experience this!!! Even the music wasnt that great at the last rave i was at, but i was soooooo far gone i was enjoying everything else, even just breathing.. lol it was amazing
So therefore it would make me so happy if people tried it out.

My last dose was 150mg in a capsule of crystal mdma

My brain must be so flooded with serotonin, the physical effects on me, for a good few hours i get: "whoah" "Bloody hell" "hahhaha look at that guy hes off hes face"

In my experience, eating as much of it beforehand is the best,
Like 2 days before, day before,
Then that morning i eat loads of stuff,

Minimum: Tin of tuna, 200g dark chocolate, Try and get some cheese too, bananas, as much sunlight as possible.
Turkey is expensive :( It's one im yet to try! im kinda saving it i think its gonna be a proper good one lol

Ideally i like to eat this for the 3 days before, every day:

Porridge for breakfast
Tuna sandwich for lunch
100grams of dark chocolate (usually 60%, i eat 200g that morning of the roll though)
Bananas
A cheese sandwich

So i dont even eat masses off that list, so there is more potential yet!
It feels just an utterly loved up amazing roll.
at 150mg i couldnt move much for a good hour and a half - 2 hours. I was stuck to this Pillar in the venue, back against it smiling and thinking WOWWWW such an amazing feeling wow this is amazing i cant even find a word to describe this lol. Lights flickering and beaming into my face , and the music shot the most euphoric feelings all over my body

Dark chocolate
meh. I'm not really sure what it does.
Turkey (one of the best foods at raising serotonin, and my theory why people fall asleep after a chistmas dinner is that it raises your serotonin levels that high after eating so much turkey)
This is a myth. Turkey is no different than other poultry or meat in L-tryptorphan, the amino acid precursor to serotonin.
Tuna
High omega 3 foods that increase serotonin like wild salmon, sardines or Mackerel
These both have omega 3's and amino acids like l-tryptorphan
High Quality Eggs
Have amino acid proteins that other sources don't have as plentiful.
I would stick to 2%, but it's ok. I'm not sure of the benefits of cheese?
potassium, carbs and other plant-based proteins. mmmm. I love bananas
Whey protein (Like that in protein shakes)
I just drink organic milk. Tastes a lot better, I like 1% with a little chocolate when my sweet tooth is craving. Sometimes I put it in some dark chocolate
Sour Cherries - Raises Serotonin levels + Melotonin , Helps you sleep. Reccomend taking after a Roll.
Really, cherries have l-tryptorphan? I did not know this but that's cool to find out!
Free Range Beef
definately. beef is full of iron and all kinds of amino acids like l-tryptorphan, and pretty much all the other amino acids too. The amino acids also promote iron absortion too, which is why so many vegetarians are anemic
Asparagus
it's ok...
potassium, plant proteins and omega 3's
plant protein/omega 3
Pineapple
vitamin c and other nutrients
not familiar with eggplant nutrition
very very good, has iron vitamin c B vitamins
I think pecans peanuts cashews walnuts all good and similar in nutrition
Oats - Could even be a nice bowl of porridge .. yumm
oats are always good :)

I think the pre-roll diet should just be a permanent lifestyle tbh.

Just a breakdown on the diet. I mostly follow it though you'd be surprised...

Thanks for your in-depth reply.

You say you follow it, i wish a bluelighter would come out with me and see the effects i get...
I cant afford to get a lot of stuff on that list, High quality eggs for example im so skint these days lol...

im definately sure my 15 for £1.25 eggs are as low as low quality can be =(

Look into the Dark chocolate more.
All these foods i have here were listed repeteadly on various websites that they are serotonin raising, I just definately tell the difference Without eating those, and eating those and getting sunlight by a mile..

I can only describe my experience when i preload with these foods, to be Overwhelming and like my brain is being absolutely flooded with loved up feelings , and euphoria

Just see that on turkey
Turkey does have the makings of a natural sedative in it, an amino acid called tryptophan. Tryptophan is an essential amino acid, meaning that the body can't manufacture it. The body has to get tryptophan and other essential amino acids from food. Tryptophan helps the body produce the B-vitamin niacin, which, in turn, helps the body produce serotonin, a remarkable chemical that acts as a calming agent in the brain and plays a key role in sleep. So you might think that if you eat a lot of turkey, your body would produce more serotonin and you would feel calm and want a nap.

Hey,

As I mentioned on your blog entry:
I really like your blog entry, so many people discard the necessity of a healthy lifestyle when indulging in drugs. When you get high, you have to compensate, it's logical. And even if you don't partake in the chemical fun - you should have a healthy lifestyle.

And I agree with the previous inputs: a healthy diet should be everyday, not just pre-post rolling :D

I am a good food addict, vegetarian too, and I am convinced that what you eat is what you are.

I also think supplements help a LOT.

Gonna try the choco :)

I cant stand the taste of 85% dark chocolate,
So i put a 60% cheap 30p one from asda , on top of it and just eat them together,
50grams of each the day before my roll, 50 grams of each that morning of my roll.

Guess what.. I rolled absolute balls on friday, and... Nope no comedown... hehe :)

I'm happy to see people choosing to eat the foods with the right nutrients, rather than swallowing a bunch of supplements- this is a much more effective way to get a nutrient.

I think a huge part of why you enjoy your time is also being responsible with your use. Waiting at least every 30 days, and not re-dosing play a much bigger role than any other factor for sure.

True Bsiren, Kind of , i used to wait that long anyway...
Ever since i do this with the foods now, My experience with MDMA is on a totally different level.

So much so that the last night i was out and dosed 150mg and had one of the best times of my life, i literally got all excited again on the way to an afterparty and was just so glad i took the time to do the research and that i just had an Epic Roll.

As i say, its all a lovey feeling mainly,
So much stronger than without doing all that.

Dosing Once and not redosing is a very important thing though.
Im pretty much seeing i tweaked all these things and now i have the best time of my life, I can NOT wait for my next time!! (But i will because when i wait it Will be EPIC) so much so that, people who run events should feel privelleged when i choose to roll at theirs hahahhaa.

So ill probs roll at the end of october next. Not sooner anyway.....

Lol the funniest part is when i can barely concentrate and see, then i just feel my arms being pulled about by my friend lol..... Hahhahahaha ( I clearly can not dance at all at this point)

That's 100 % correct actually. But all meats and poultry have high l-tryptorphan :) not just turkey.

I think another veggie you should think about is potatoes. Potatoes are excellent carbs, source of potassium and other vitamins. Also, I read it's the carbs people eat with turkey that promote the production of serotonin. The protein is important for the L-tryptorphan but you need the carbs to convert it. Potatoes are the best source of carb and the potassium promotes nerve function etc. potatoes ftw :D

there is could also be a placebo effect...the brain is verrrry powerful

I tested this theory once,
I basically jumped to a conclusion after reading somewhere that gel caps sometimes dont dissolve, and i though what a waste of MDMA. This was on my diet i did.. yeah what a waste BAM
My mouth , and jaw muscles, forced my mouth wide open.

So this is defiantely not placebo

Not really, but i have kind of extended it from this,
My idea has went into this instead.

My main plan is to raise serotonin and thats it really lol. I would really appreciate anyone rolling in the very near future to give it a go and give me some feedback

I guess excessive sun exposure is not exactly healthy, though it does feel nice.
Your not exactly chatting loads, im quite a pale person, i generally mean the sunlight, not,
Go out on a blazing day and lay out there for 8 hours or so.

Even 2 is good enough ..

If a bluelight moderator came out with me, i recon when i logged back onto bluelight they would have changed my from Bluelighter status to,
No.1 Etard lol

excessive anything is not healthy. One needs sunlight to make vitamin D and produce serotonin. Sometimes people who work night shifts have to get SSRI's because they never go in the sun and their serotonin levels are fucked.

a healthy amount of daily sun is perfectly good. May I suggest after 5PM during the summer to avoid excessive radiation/UV

It is not good to be in a dark house all day!

I think the overall point is a good diet consists of a well-balanced mix of proteins, since proteins contain l-tryptorphan which makes serotonin.

Milk is very high in protein, particularly more concentrated with l-tryptorphan. I guess that is why milk makes people (especially babies) sleepy.

fish / poultry / meat and plant sources like coconut/hemp seed/bananas/nuts, and last but not least - eggs - high in protein and all very important.

complex carbs like bread and potatoes aid in the conversion of l-tryptorphan-->5htp-->serotonin

need omega-3's for various reasons from heart to brain to skin health, comes from fish oils and avocado

B vitamins in the dark greens like spinach

I'll take a wild stab and say the reason you're feeling better is that you're just eating and living healthier in general, which tends to make one feel better... I guess excessive sun exposure is not exactly healthy, though it does feel nice.

I rememebr hearing about a European study where children who played outside most of the time between ages 2 and 16 have much higher serotonin and viatmin D levels in their bodies. This is of course without excessive sunburns and blah blah blah.

Children who did most of their physical activity inside had a less healthy serotonin system and their bodies didn't absord vitamin D as well.

Don't ask me for a source, it may not even be true, but I know for a fact moderate sunlight exposure increases your viatmin D absorption and can actually help produce the chemical.

Anyone else heard of this?
