Am i the only one who uses Foods and sunlight to Boost MDMA Effect??!?!?!

Im not rolling again till end of this month ,

THANK YOU! I tried your pre roll diet and holy f*ck did I roll balls to walls. Harder than the first time. Although I did rectally administer 200mg, with a 90% absorbtion it would compare to an oral dosage of 300mg. However my comedown was NON existant. I pretty much floated down gently and calmly, very happy and euphoric comedown. I felt GREAT the next day as well. I even had the energy to jog 2.5 miles. However I eat a diet with lots of healthy foods mentioned above already and exercise 6 times a week so that might be a contributing factor.

Anyways this diet is a great idea, its free, its healthy, and it probably works. So why not? :)

Hey darkside, my diet has changed PERMANENTLY to the pre roll diet. Its been exactly 30 days and I plan on rolling soon, dosing the exact same dose as last time. The only difference is I have ate A LOT more dark chocolate so lets see how that changes things!!!!

Also try and eat Tuna, bananas, cheese and some high protein meats like chicken and turkey,
And try and eat some potatoes and beans as well.

the 3 days before you Roll, start to eat lots of the foods, i mean lots.
Typical example of what id be eating on each of the 3 days before my roll:


100g dark chocolate (ive found 85% cocoa stuff works better, but its a bit bitter, you might want to eat 50g of cheaper 60% and 50g of 85% )
beans on toast
Tuna sandwich
cheese sandwich
1 - 2 bananas
Lots of milk
Porridge

And i try and get as much sunlight as possible.

You have to remember this too though: Most E users re-dose in the same night (sometimes multiple times). Also, many E users use before they have wated at LEAST 30 days to roll again.

Since you are following these two important rules already, THIS will make you roll harder than many ravers/rollers !

But yes. Diet can play a very important factor ! You are also getting yourself in a good mind-set before three days before you roll (taking care of yourself with eating right/getting proper amount of sunlight.
 
I havent taken mdma in a month and a couple of days now,
I have no negative effects from using mdma apparant,
and have used it at least 10 times now.

Yes its definately important not to redose,
i choose a nice whopper of a dose like 150mg and put that in a capsule and its gone BUT.

But. But. But.

Comparing doing the same amount of mdma without diet compared to with,
i must say its a very different experience, i actually now describe mdma as much more of a psychoactive stimulant experience, Rather than a stimulant one.
(my mdma has been from the same batch since june, so should not differ. I Was told its 85% active)

I used to dance when i take it at raves, but i cant actually dance since ive been using my diet, and when i do around 150mg im just stuck to a wall like an E-Tard. Trouble is im in such a wonderful place , i dont care anymore LoL!
 
OK good and bad news.

I ended up kinda accidently taking .5g of molly. BAD IDEA!

I rectally administered .3g through an enema. I wasnt feeling it for 30 min so I orally took .2g. The .3g kicked in 5 min later and 20 min later the oral dose kicked in and I was FLOORED. NEVER rolled so balls hard before. Unable to move, felt so good. Felt like I was in an orgasmic state for 3 hours. Then the comedown came and I crashed pretty hard. I felt depressed and irratable for the next 4 hours. But I was able to eat, which was weird because I had an appetite a few hours after rolling which I never do. I ended up eating ground turkey + spinach + black beans and pumpkin seeds. Took a muscle relaxer, 100mg of 5-htp and went to sleep for 9 hours

The good? Today I feel fantastic! I didn't even feel like I rolled last night. I feel like my normal self and even ran 3 miles. I must say healthy dieting and working out 4-6 times a week keeps your body in excellent shape to have occasional drug binges!

With my diet i wouldnt eat more than 200mg of mdma (but i do really heavily eat the foods on that list)

Remember, this diet isnt about Healthy eating, its got one purpose only.
To raise Serotonin levels in the brain.
 
Yes, my normal everyday diet is pretty much all the foods on that list. I eat nothing but lean turkey, chicken, eggs, black beans, and spinach. But a few days prior I did eat a bunch of bananas and extra dark chocolate. I have pills that are capped with .2g of molly and I did 2.5 pills.

I guess I could say the list does work pre roll AND post roll. I noticed by eating foods POST rolling high in L-trytophans my recovery is SIGNIFICANTLY faster. I am not moody, I feel completely fine and not irratiable or depressed or emotionally unstable.

Love this thread. I would always trip about how MDMA would increase the pleasurable effects of any natural behavior or bodily function. I would take vitamins and eat candy before I rolled (sugar candy) My boss always loved me the morning after a roll party, and he never even knew it. One thing, snorting always gave me minimal fun, eating it always worked best. I have yet to try eating some grapefruit before my roll though. Piracetam gets me higher, raises my hedonic level, but unless I keep redosing on the piracetam, I come down fast and hard.

Im also seeing a significant link to Non-Drinkers Vs Drinkers on what kind of a time they have on it, regardless of my diet.

Someone tried my diet, say, Friend A and they must have ate around 130mg - 150mg and they had a smile like a cheshire cat for a good 2 hours, was really nice to see, They dont drink.
However friend B drinks, and had a bit of a bad comeup, was also having a great time, But not not as happy looking as friend A, i think they ate 200mg odd though Lolz, and they didnt try my diet.

I preloaded this week with :
6 tins of tuna (Tuna sandwich everyday)
5 bars of dark chocolate 60%, 100g each bar
drunk lots of milk
ate chicken in a couple of meals too,
had some fish one night as well,
had a couple of bananas.


Did a 80mg capsule indoors, with a couple of friends,
And lets just say my feet was rubbing my carpet for about 2 hours lmfao....
Nice bit of speed garage on and bassline/niche , with xbox 360 visualiser on my 32" in the dark room haha.
I was really having a blast, and it was only 80mg!
 
I tested this theory once,
I basically jumped to a conclusion after reading somewhere that gel caps sometimes dont dissolve, and i though what a waste of MDMA. This was on my diet i did.. yeah what a waste BAM
My mouth , and jaw muscles, forced my mouth wide open.

So this is defiantely not placebo

That's a pretty weak argument that it's not a placebo.

My mindset was pretty much set that the gel capsule was probably safely riding away , and would not end up dissolving,

But then i felt this huge physical rush , it hit me like a train and my jaw crunched and went wide open,
sorry but that to me is definately chemical proof of what was going on, rather than placebo,
 
So ive given the 'E-Diet' A good ol testing, even had a few of my friends try it, So here is a Conclusion of its effects:

Positives
- The highest level of Euphoria ive ever achieved from MDMA was on my E-diet (testing with same MDMA crystals)
- You can use a lower dose of mdma (save on mdma then :) )
- Can Lengthen your experience from 3 hours up to around 5 hours
- It's much more of a 'loved up' feel to it
- You can achieve a nice afterglow from it If paired with Waiting enough time between using mdma
- Its a bit more Psychoactive, Eyesight is more different than without the 'E-diet'
- lessens the comedown


Negatives

- Heart rate slightly more elevated (Chocolate i guess does this, but only if excess like i did , 300grams dark choc in 3 days Lol)
- Anxiety when 'coming up' is a bit more scarier feeling
- Can turn you into an absolute 'Etarded mess' ive found when ive ate a good amount of dark choc, my jaw was flinging wide open and making a CRUNCH sound and staying put, for an hour, followed by a CRUNCH and back down.
FINE if you want to just go out and 'Go Big or Go home' with that attitude haha! but its a bit embarrassing!
- You cant really dance if you do a high dose with the E-diet, your just try and get comfy against a wall or something and smile like an etard
 
Just thought i'd let this float about on the front page again for more eyes to see, as it's sat buried for a while. I see it like this:

5-HTP = Great temporary fix/aid
Serotonin raising foods + Foods high in L-Tryptophan = Long Term diet to be followed by mdma users who respect their mental health and well being in the long run.

I can tell that it does work without dark chocolate, but the dark chocolate seems to be the most potentiating food on that list from experience.


I got a 63 day wait coming up woohoo, I literally live on this 'e-diet'
