Opioids Am I safe to take my hydromet tonight ?

I took a 20mg adderall at 2:00 pm and then a 30mg roxi at 7 pm.. I am prescribed hydromet and it helps me sleep but I wanted to make sure it isnt to much on my respiratory system.

Yeah, taking some hydrocodone after you've already taken oxycodone won't be too much for you. You didn't list a dosage, but commonly people take 5 to 10 milligrams of hydrocodone without an opiate tolerance.

Since you have already taken 30mg of oxycodone, this has raised your tolerance somewhat.

This is a basic dosing question which belongs in Basic Drug Discussion (BDD) so I am going to close this. It has been sufficiently answered. :)

If you are for some reason breathing-impaired, or you are extra sensitive to opiates, you may want to opt not to take it. If you are an otherwise healthy adult I am sure you'll be fine.
