Am I safe to take a benzo to go to sleep ?

I took 15mgs of adderall IR around 2pm and it is now 7pm. I'm about to take a roxi for the comedown. Will I be okay to take a 1mg Xanax tonight around 10 - 11pm so I will be able to fall asleep from the Addy. I stayed up all night last night from te addy so I got a Xanax for sleep tonight. Just making sure it will be fine if I throw in that 30mg roxi right now for the comedown. Thanks

I think this makes it safe. Benzos and opiates together can cause the dreaded permanent nod (read death). But the fact that they are low doses for you, I think you will be fine.

Mixing multiple CNS depressants is obviously not safe, but if you are tolerant to the two compounds, mixing the lowish doses you are talking about should be fine. If you take the oxy now, taking 1mg of alprazolam 4 hours afterwards should be just fine.

If I was to just leave the roxi out completely would I have nothing to worry about at all. I know there safe just wanted to confirm before dosing.

Yeah, if you didn't take the roxi, 1mg of xanax during an amphetamine comedown is perfectly safe. But if you are tolerance to opiates, I wouldn't get too concerned even if you did do the 30mg, and then took 1mg of xanax later tonight. Should be fine.

although i hate addies and never do em anymore (only took them when i had a test or exam in high school or college and needed to cram for a test or exam or somethin.) you seem like you know your limits so just stay within your known boundries and you'll be good. actually 2 roxi 30's and a xanax bar sounds pretty fantastic right now...

i personally think benzos on roxi is the bees knees, but if you haven't taken either before than chose one or the other....benzos are better for addy comes down as roxi is sort of stimulating imo
