so bout 4 hours ago i took 150mg of tramadol with 2mg of xanax. i know tramadol has ssri properties so im mainly worried bout SS. but i know meth mainly works on dopamine. will i be safe to use methamaphetamine?

Tramadol works on serotonin and norepinephrine, and methamphetamine works on serotonin, norepinephrine, and dopamine. Yes, it is dangerous, especially because the Xanax will likely wear off a fair deal before the tramadol does the same, and quite certainly the methamphetamine.

so would smoking a bowl or two of shit kill me? or cause a seizure? Because ive heard of people taking high doses of dxm and slamming meth and nothing bad happening

^ well just because some people didn't have problems doesn't mean it is not dangerous behaviour. It might not kill you, but the possibility is very real. I would abstain from mixing these drugs.
btw, regarding your last post, do you mean smoking cannabis, when you talk about "smoking a bowl of shit"? Cannabis is safe to combine with Tramadol, at least in my opinion.

I had a doctor years ago that wanted to put me on an antidepressant for anxiety & he was the same doctor that was prescribing me Tramadol for pain.......oh my how intelligent some doctors can be.

Don't do it. It's possibly dangerous and in all likelihood at least a really shitty time.
Yes, two doctors of mine both wanted to try me on Cymbalta, at separate times, both knowing I take 400 mg tramadol/day, one of whom being the prescriber of that tramadol. It is wonder they didn't want to just lie me down and put an electrode to each temple so they could induce the seizures then and there! AND, they both knew I took Adderall XR, to boot! Doctors can be really just some of the dumbest creatures I have happened across; others have the POTENTIAL to be great, but with the latter, they are certainly few and far between.
taking tramadol with amphetamines is dangerous. you run the risk of serotonin syndrome and seizures.
doctors can be very oblivious to many contraindications. nonetheless, at times, under a doctors supervision, things we may not recommend here can actually be done in practice. tramadol for example, in very low doses is often prescribed with anti-depressants. the key though is dosage control and being under a doctors supervision.
