Am I good to take vyvanse now?

I took 120 mg vyvanse at a concert and had bad side effects. It felt like I was about to have a heart attack, however I doubt the vyvanse alone caused this because I had taken up to 220 mg before not knowing and reacted fine to it. The day of the concert I was smoking cigs and jumping up and down. I didn't drink or eat anything so I think it was too much on the heart or something which is kind of weird because I'll bet people do that all the time. But anyway I got checked out at cardiologist and he said I'm fine. I really want to take this 60 mg vyvanse my friend gave me but I'm kinda worried something bad might start happening. What do you think please give me your opinions. I really miss the feeling of the stims but I'm just so worried something along the lines of cardiovascular might not go right.

If your body has had a bad experience with stims you are likely to have them again. Unless it was the other factors of excess physical activity. You know your body better than anyone else, listen to your body! If u are having secound thoughts, hold off. But if u are going to do it , I can't stop you. Stay healthy

If u expect something bad is goin to happen then u will prob have a panic attack at any little side effect..if u think something bad will happen then surely something bad will happen..

id take a break until the anxiety towArds stims subsides
