Sorry for bringing up an old thread just wanted to give an update.
So today is day 13 Benzo free! I honestly didnt think I would be able to do it but after tapering to. 5 for 3 days then cold turkey I was finnaly able to do it. It wasn't a walk in the park but if I didn't taper there would of been no way in hell I would of quit.
I know I wasn't on them for long or on a very high dose but if u taper anyone can makes it through this.
And thank you bluelight I wouldnt of have been successful if I didn't ask here
Now I just gotta stay off of em which gets easier everyday.
