Hey... I've done something really stupid. I'm normally shooting dilaudid, from 1 to 3mg usually, but now I tried 3mg followed immediately by 2mg...

I was living the "rush" while I was preparing the second shot and I accidentally used the cotton swab tip that I had used to sterilize the spoon before crushing the pills in them, I had infused the cotton swab with isopropyl alcohol 99% I realized it after the cotton was in the spoon mixed with 2mg of dilaudid... So I didnt wanted to waste it i pulled the mix and injected it anyway, but I'm having doubts now that a small quantity of isopropyl alcohol could cause harm to my veins or system due to it having a label "POISON" on it. I'm worried that I might be sick or die from it, should I seek immediate help or I'll be fine?
 
Seek attention, although I'm pretty sure you'll be fine. It doesn't sound like a lot, but its definitely not good for you.
 
you need to call poison control ASAP.

there is no point in asking medical advice on the internet. let the people who are trained in these matters tell you if you need to take further action.
 
You need a certain amount for it to be an issue. It doesn't sound like you had enough to fill a syringe to any appreciable degree, no?
