Am I etarded or something?

although meth and crack would create addiction problems that mdma does not, id say rolling everyday for 2 months is probably worse for the brain than crack or meth.

This guy is 100% correct, although METH comes very close to mdma toxicity its just preferential for dopamine terminals, with minor effect on serotonin terminals. Overall though, crack would of been the better choice lol. Cocaine and its other forms are not actually neurotoxic unless you OD, they are however cardiotoxic.

I think if you take extreme amounts of xtc like this guy, it will take a very long time to make a full recovery, if ever. You will adapt and learn to live with your new, slower, more stupid brain, but you may never fully recover. I remember a little over a year ago I took 3 or 4 very strong pills in one night and rolled way too hard. I felt the after effects for quite a while. I feel like a lost a little bit of myself that night but the effects aren't noticable anymore.

This is true, took 3.5 years for me to recover 80% after some heavy MDMA uses.

thats a little extreme dont you think bro??

I think its all in your head if you think 3 pills fucked you brain up. Just look at the OP, hes been eatin mad beans for almost 2 months an hes the one we should be feelin bad for, not you.

chill out...

It wasn't just in my head. The pills where huge and strong. I took too much mdma in one night. I was seeing weird lights and trails for a few weeks after. I felt spacey. It took about a month to feel normal again. I was just trying to show that even one night of abuse can have consequences, let alone months.

MDMA is a mild neurological toxin. You most likely caused some minor brain damage. Nevertheless the brain is a resilient organ. There is actually a relatively new field of science called "Neuroplasticity", where scientists study how the brain can evolve and dramatically change in response to environmental pressures. I would recommend the book "The Brain That Changes Itself" if you want to understand in more detail how malleable our brains really are. As for your lack of cognitive abilities, I would say exercise, take a multi vitamin everyday and stay away from MDMA for a while.

The person who said your better off taking meth or crack everyday for 2 months is completely true, i know my shit and bben does to. Sure those drugs have intense addiction potential, but lets face it dose for dose those drugs are much less damaging over all on the brain. Mdma every day for 2 months is totally destroying your brain, i cannot imagine how it would feel to do that. Must feel like being dissociated from reality non stop as well as not having a personality, just being kind of like a bot.
Even after taking mdma pretty moderately i felt distant from my self from a very long time as well as random panic attacks would set in where i feel like i am losing control of my mind. I did get better though, and most of those panic attacks would set in after smoking weed but bottom line, mdma brought them into play.

Did you make a full recovery personality/intelligence wise? after how long might i ask

Somedud, it is different for everyone. There is really nothing you can do to speed up your recovery besides not taking more mdma so i would avoid obsessing about it. It might take 3 years or it might be never.

The few supplements that helped me were curcumin, omega 3, and sublingual b12.

No psychiatric approach besides electroconvulsive therapy is likely do help you either, ssris made me much much worse and so did benzodiazepines.

I took 3.5 years to recover enough to live normally, but i fucking did recover.

Yea but you could be worse, just stop rolling and eventually you'll be back to normal. a true etard heavy abuser for years is a person you can obviously tell they've done their fair share of drugs, at least that's my .2 ........ <-------------

weed can cause problems too, but if you're dying to do drugs then yeah smoke some weed. it can give you pretty bad anxiety if you're suffering from that, but meh if you smoke weed often go for it.

Load up on anti-oxidants, 5-HTP etc. Give it some time and try to stay sober from other neurotoxins as much as possible. With time you should start to feel normal again :).

I want to add that I believe...
The #1 symptom to tell if your an e tard is.....
Switching words and phrases in your speech.
Just like the op.

i took rolls like every day for like 2 months and had alot of previous experience before hand now its like 4 months later and i feel stupid . i feel like i constantly forget stuff like little things. ive started to talk wierd too like switching words up in a sentence and pronouncing words really wierd. I'm wondering if it's all in my head or if ill ever recover or if ive done permanent damage?

I'm the same as SAMCRO (first comment) in that I rolled back to back days every weekend for a year or two. Never had a problem with tolerance or ill affects. You haven't done any permanent damage. If you're feeling out of sorts, spend the next couple of months watching your diet and exercising and you'll be right as rain.

As a matter of fact, I highly recommend this nutritional detox program. After 21 days, you'll feel better than ever before in your life

It would be the same if you ate McDonalds every day for a couple of months. Your body would just need a break and some proper nutrition and exercise to get back to feeling good again.
