I took 200mg of 4-FA (2nd and last redose for the day) an hour ago, and, usually when I'm on this, I sweat a lot for no reason. Well, all of a sudden I stopped sweating, and felt quite tired despite the stimulation from this stuff usually lasting 6 hours. I'm still getting the peripheral effects (rapid heart beat, shakey, increased body temperature) but no CNS effects. I've been drinking very little (two bottles over the course of 16 hours) but I didn't think it was a huge problem because I wasn't thirsty. Well, I'm still not thirsty yet forcing down a few bottles of water.

Is this serious or should I just keep drinking water and not redose again? The main thing here is the sudden lack of sweat after sweating all day.

If you're not thirsty, don't drink.

Your body knows when to drink water. Don't drink water if you're not thirsty. This will lead to health problems. Relax. Take a bath, eat a meal, chill out. Stop having anxiety over hydration.

It's not 'dehydrated.' It's 'thirsty.' They made that fucking word up. ;)

DONT REDOSE. TAKE A BENZO AND GO TO SLEEP.

It just strikes me as odd that I can sweat buckets all day thanks to the 4-FA then redose one more time and suddenly stop ALL sweating. Also have dry mouth and dry eyes.

Fresh out of Benzos. Used them to sleep last night.

I'm very mentally exhausted, but these peripheral effects will keep me from sleeping.

lol health problems? what? if the guy has hardly drank any water for 16 hours it will do no harm.

poor kidneys.

ive been past "thirst" before and simply got a dry mouth, a headache and felt shit, but didnt even feel thirsty. went to bed, woke up and it turns out i was dehydrated as fuck. my piss was a nasty color. and got kidney aches for days, thought i had fucked myself up. drink water regardless

^ Usually I'd agree with Thou but sometimes people don't feel thirsty on stims and can forget to drink (it happens to a few of my friends, they go days witthout any fluid) but you still need fluid - more than normal if your body temp is raised and you are sweating more. On average a person needs 3L/day (more if you are sweating a lot, also adjusted up or down a little for size) - quite a bit of this comes from food, I don't know many people who neck 3L of water a day, but you don't tend to eat on stims either - so if you've only had a couple of (I presume 500ml?) bottles I would drink some more. No need to go overboard and down pints, I wouldn't do that, but I would keep sipping on something.

Stims do fuck with your body's ability to handle fluid, so drinking loads and loads can be dangerous - there was a famous case in the UK where a girl died after drinking pints and pints of water after taking an ecstasy pill - but I would imagine you are far under 3L/day so it won't hurt you to drink some more - again, sipping not downing bottles. You are far more likely to strain your kidneys through not drinking enough than to drink so much water that it becomes dangerous.

I try to drink ~a gallon / 4L of water a day. Your body will get used to it after a spell of peeing all the time, and be much happier for it.

If you think you're drinking too much compared to electrolytic build up, have something salty. Last time I was candyflipping and bugging about this, I had a slice of pizza before bed. All good. :)

Definitely DON'T redose. Drink more water if you want, but have something salty too if you think you need "too much" - my buddy had prob 5L rolling his nuts off at a MSTRKRFT show, and had lowered electrolytes for several weeks following. Bad news. Headaches and vomiting fairly constantly, and feeling very dysphoric.

^ that's good advice, your body is good at regulating electrolytes so instead of just plain water have something that will have electrolytes in too - even some diluting juice, or a sports drink, or a dehydration sachet if you can't manage food. It's a balance between not enough and too much, but if you take in electrolytes too it makes it easier for your body to balance it all out.

It's further complicated by the fact that amphetamines can occasionally cause lowered sodium levels anyway...

In balance though I would still advise you to keep slowly sipping something, and try to get some food or something that isn't plain water down you as PJ said :)
