With any type of sourcing, legal or not, you have to deal with vendors and that is well beyond Bluelight's scope.

Yes, Warped Reality and amapola have it. Posting or PMing data or requests about locating, purchasing, sharing, dispensing, substances of an illegal or quasi-legal nature is regarded as sourcing and a serious violation of the Bluelight User Agreement.
The rules that are most important for a new member to are those in BLUA. I also recommend reading the greenlighter's guide when you get a chance.
