Acts as a cannabinoid receptor antagonist in mouse brain, vas deferens and guinea pig brain, but an agonist in guinea pig ileum. Acts as an inverse agonist on cloned human CB1 receptors.
Catalog # CAS Formula Unit
sc-200365 164178-33-0 C23H25IN2O3 10 mg

That's honestly all I could find. Enjoy, you are the guinea pig in this experiment.

Uhm it looks like an antagonist instead of an agonist man... ie something like this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rimonabant

I think there's a good chance your supplier (if you're getting it in gram quantities for sane prices) is not being honest, either about what it is, or whether he'll do anything other than take your money. I know of a scam vendor who spams the world with adverts for every cannabinoid ligand.

Can someone explain the difference between a reverse agonist and an antagonist? Does a reverse agonist give the opposite effects of an agonist rather than simply blocking any effects like an antagonist would?

inverse agonist: acts on the same receptor as that of an agonist, yet produces an opposite effect.

It's impossible for me to say that it even would act as an inverse agonist on a human... this specific RC has very little literature about it or even if it *DOES* work on humans, nevermind cloned CB1 receptors.

As I said, the user is truly a guinea pig if they decided to try this. I don't know anyone who has used this and had trouble finding anything reliable, even from trusted suppliers.... Hell, where are you even going to start with dosages?

Dosage. yeah i dont know, maybe 1-2mg smoked first?

Have seen it on different vendors that selling the Jwh (JWH-250,018,200 etc) series to.

I've seen it as well recently on larger Chinese manufacturers... Maybe someone will step in and give a trip report or something.

The people over at ADD would probably find this easy material. Might want to try there.

ADD ?

sorry, Advanced Drug Discussion form. You should try to make your question more scientific, they are all serious business in there. Take a peek before you post to see what I mean.

Nope, sorry! :) If I were you, I would avoid this substance, but that is likely not what you want to hear. If you are hell bent on trying it, you're going to need to put in the research, not me!
