Opioids Always withdraw the next day after OC, can I take my sub?

So this type of question has been answered 666 times, but I have a little different tolerance than most folks so im not sure if its different.

So my question is...

I take oxycodone (30's) maybe once every two weeks. My tolerance is low, but everytime I do opiods/opiates I feel like my body metabolizes it quickly and it leaves my receptors. I say this because maybe 16 hours after doing it, I start to withdraw...Aches, tired and lethargic, pounding headaches (which I guess would be "rebound" headaches), and generally feeling shitty. So I just want to know if a user who rarely uses and withdraws the next day is able to take his sub? If I feel shitty, shouldn't I be able to take it?

Thanks in advance...

haha, if it was only affordable for me to do that...good reply, made me laugh at least!

Anyone else know about my question??

if you only take opiates once every two weeks, why even bother with subs? doesn't seem like its worth it IMO. Those withdrawal symptoms are extremely mild and you dont want to jack your tolerance/addiction up.

Yes you can probably take it. The general rule is 24 hours. I've never put myself in PWD with subs even taking it after 8-10 hours later. This time is different for everyone it seems.

To be honest though, your habit is minuscule. Subs might be a bigger problem for you than the oxy. May I ask why you're choosing to use sub? For recreation I assume?

It seems as though you are experiencing an opioid hangover rather than withdrawal considering you only use it once every 2 weeks. As stated, the subs will probably be a bigger problem for you than the oxy. Suboxone is extremely potent, so unless you stay under 1mg you will be making your habit worse. Also, you should wait the 24 hours if you decide to take it since I really don't think that you are experiencing withdrawal. And if you are taking it for withdrawal and not recreation, don't since like I said I doubt you are withdrawing from your 1 day use of oxy.

doesn't really make sense to take it after one usage, when you only use once every few weeks. If anything, it really would probabley only increase the mental craving because after all, bupe is an opiod, and it is meant for people who do opiates/opiods daily. It would be pointless to use after a single oxy use imo.

edit: ^ just read above post, that. What you must be feeling is just some sort of hangover, bupe as far as I know only really helps people who have a daily habit and want to stop copping off the street, and taper their habit down.
