Alternity's Guide to Syringes

Yeah, it seems to be alot of a problem in many of the Southern states. I went to KY not too long ago and a pharmacist GRILLED me like it was a fuckin' interrogation. I barely managed to get one single bag.

Here, outside of DC it's a bit more reasonable. If you koow your stuff then it's cake. Once the pharmacist sees that you're 'diabetic' they instantly get extremely friendly and pleasant. Go figure...
 
its relatively easy to obtain syringes in Washington state. Pharmacies rules differ on whether you need a prescription or not, from location to location.

Might get rejected @ a few places but keep trying, was able to buy some on my second try.
 
Can't legally buy needles without Rx in LA. I used to get them from my runner who'd drop some off now and then or sneak some from work. Now I order them on line. Much easier, less hassle. As far as hiding tracks, long sleeves for work defo. Still I use antibacterial ointment after each shot or several times during the day throughout the binge. Also, use vitamin E oil. It works great for healing tracks. For general public, I can wear short sleeves still as long as I apply make up to the area after the ointment or vitamin has dried.
