What about hash? I want to quit smoking but don't use anything but tobacco to mix with crumbled pieces of hash.

OP, you could do what I do and use tobacco with a very low nicotine content - I use silver Silk Cuts which are 0.1 mg nicotine per cigarette, about a tenth of a normal ciggie (though I don't know if you have that brand in the US, if that's where you're from).

Joints without tobacco burn up way too fast and unevenly if the weed's dry, or just don't burn at all if it's damp.

I just started using mullein in my spliffs. It's apparently good for lung cleansing and tastes way better than tobacco. Much easier to take big rips of mullein, too

What is mullein and where would I purchase it?

When I spin I like clove cigarettes, I generally go 75% green to clove mix and it works good but, can be a bit harsh.
