I ve thought of combining L-dopa with a maoi to achieve Methamphetamine effects: have somebody tried this , or can tell me something on this.

Very bad idea.

Toxic levels of dopamine will be very easily achieved.

It is possible in theory, but doses would have to be constantly adjusted, and blood levels constantly checked.

Avoid.

Methamphetamine is a hell of a lot more complex than "dopamine" and "MAOI"

L-dopa + an MAOI are used in treating Parkinsons, but it is unsafe to do this without a doctor's supervision. I don't know if it would really give meth-like effects anyway.

A simple (but not completely reliable) way to answer this is to ask the opposite: Do doctors use meth to treat Parkinsons?
