Opioids Alternating the Re-Dose & tolerance

Been switching between railing Opana and dope, and decided I want to use both in the same day. I take 2 doses in a given day, so I'm wondering what is the most efficient way is to do this in regard to tolerance.

Say if I were to do just one for the first dose, then just the other for the re-dose (about 6 hrs later)? Would the 2nd dose be less prone to tolerance if it were a different opiate, or would it be the same as taking opana twice, or dope twice.

Sorry I don't really have a good answer for you art.
Besides incomplete cross-tolerance I don't think there really is a good answer...
In your case & sadly enough also mine I'm assuming your tolerant to both so the incomplete cross tolerance wouldn't apply to much.
I'd be interested to see if someone with more knowledge or access to better literature would have a better answer.
