I got it maybe a year and a half ago I think...Maybe nearing on two years. It came potted at a little over 2 feet and I took a cutting last summer leaving 1 foot of cactus left. Since then it first budded out into those three large branches you can see and just recently within the last month or two that new pup has formed.

Adrian that cactus is gorgeous! I haven't seen many pupping cacti that I find attractive hence why I always buy uncut ones.

Seattle_stranger- I just got a couple more. I'll have to send You some pictures. The Guy I got them from had a few more for good prices but I couldn't afford more.
