Benzos alprazolam withdrawal at short intervals of time

I'm taking alprazolam one day, then I stop for two days and I take it again (1 mg).

In the second day of the interval (when I am not taking it), I'm getting depressed and in a bad mood.

I do not know whether this is a coincidence or not, but could I be experiencing withdrawal symptoms (even considering only two days without medication?)

Alternatively, is it my mind starting to complain that I am not taking it? Am I getting addict?

Sounds about right... Xanax has a pretty short half life. Unless you're taking it for panic attacks which it doesn't sound like, I would leave it alone. There's better benzos out there for treating anxiety but that's probably best dealt with with a doctor.
