Ritalin I'm rx'd 60 mg a day, usually
take 40 (except past 3 days...).
I took the following I've been trackin the past few days n posted it here to see if I could take the benzo. U can obviously see how much over Ritalin I took.
Finally tracking my days bc it's time to get help.
20 mg Ritalin oral 11 am
20 mg Ritalin chewed 4 pm
30 mg Ritalin insufflation 4:40 pm
70 mg total Ritalin
3 mg kpin sublingual 11 am
2 mg kpin sublingual 4:22 pm
5 mg total benzos
5 bowls weeds
Safe to take another 2 mg kpin? Sublingual (love the taste lol).
Lil edgy feeling. Not quite a panic attack yet...
