Benzos Alprazolam - Combined With Either Alcohol or Poppy Seed Tea

Currently I'm on 2mg of xanax, with likely more due to the half-life of previous doses.

I know the dangers of combining CNS depressants. Nonetheless, what would you prefer with the xanax (2mg to start, but possibly going up to 3.5-4mg)? Alcohol (375ml of 40% ) or the PST (quite a large dose, depending on potency).

Again, I'm aware of the dangers, I've just never combined a benzo with PST before, just intravenous hydromorphone, and I want to know what others enjoy more.

I usually consume some poppies and sometimes after 6 hours or so after the high settles down take 0.5 xanax. I would not combine any of them with simoultaneous peaks, that's too dangerous. Hard liquor I would leave out of the picture completely. Especially seed tea is hazardous enough on it's own if you are not aware of the potency.

You say you know the dangers of combining benzos with other CNS depressants, but I must reitterate that this can be EXTREMELY dangerous, especially if you are not experienced doing so. In regards to harm reduction I cannot suggest mixing them with either substance. I have done it many times in the past, but after having numerous friends pass away from mixing benzos and opiates, I cannot condone it and do not do it myself anymore. As far as benzos+alcohol, the combination makes me black out very easily, and also made me prone to being violent. Taking some xanax and having a beer or two is not all that dangerous, but getting wasted and taking xanax as well is a recipe for disaster. It is very easy to lose track of how much xanax you took and keep popping them throughout the night, as well. I used to always wake up with many pills gone, thinking I lost them or something, only to find out from other people that i was just eating them like candy.
